Hotel Visit or Online Consultation?

TOKYO CLINIC provides English-speaking medical consultations for travelers who feel sick in Tokyo. Depending on your symptoms, you may be guided to an in-person hotel visit or a secure online consultation.

If a physical examination, rapid test, medication on-site, or medical certificate may be needed, a hotel visit may be more appropriate than online consultation.

English-Speaking Doctor Hotel Visits in Tokyo

Feeling too unwell to leave your hotel? A licensed physician can come to your room and examine you in person.

When medically appropriate, on-site tests, medication, prescriptions, and medical certificates can be provided during the same visit.

Receive medical care in your hotel room without having to search for a nearby clinic or pharmacy, so you can focus on resting.

Available daily from 7:30 AM to 11:00 PM in central Tokyo. Same-day visits are subject to location and availability.

WHY TOKYO CLINIC

A Doctor Who Actually Examines You

Your consultation is not just a message exchange. A physician can visit your hotel room, check your condition in person, and decide what care is medically appropriate.

Thank you for visiting the TOKYO CLINIC website.

Getting sick while traveling can be stressful. Visiting a medical facility, waiting to see a doctor, finding a pharmacy, and communicating in an unfamiliar language can make the situation even more challenging.

TOKYO CLINIC provides hotel doctor visits for international travelers staying in Tokyo. A physician can visit your hotel, provide an in-person medical examination, perform any necessary tests, and prescribe and dispense appropriate medications during the same visit.

If you have any health concerns during your stay in Japan, please feel free to contact us.

Online Consultation

Our clinic offers both.

We offer both in-person doctor hotel visits and secure Zoom online consultations. A hotel visit allows an in-person medical examination in your hotel room, while an online consultation is a video-based medical assessment.
