After verifying your identity with a passport, the examination will take place in your room.

A. We mainly provide consultations for mild internal medicine conditions such as colds, influenza, COVID-19, gastroenteritis, and hay fever.
If you have any emergency symptoms or a serious illness, please visit a nearby emergency hospital. If you have difficulty finding an emergency hospital, please consult with the front desk staff of your accommodation.
⚠️In case of emergency, please call 119 to request an ambulance.

A. At our clinic, only doctors with over 15 years of clinical experience provide consultations. They are equipped to handle a wide range of medical fields, including internal medicine, dermatology, pediatrics, and minor injury treatment.

A. You can choose from three fixed-price plans (¥45,000, ¥50,000, ¥55,000),
which include consultation fees, prescriptions, and transportation costs.
If a referral to a specialized hospital is required based on the consultation, a fee of ¥40,000, including the issuance of a medical referral letter, will be charged instead of the fixed-price plan.

A. Yes, we offer services in English, Chinese, and Korean. We can also accommodate other languages such as Thai, Vietnamese, Spanish, German, French, Russian, and Malay. However, our website and medical questionnaire are available only in English, Chinese, and Korean. For other languages, please use your browser’s translation feature when filling out forms.

A. No. We do not accept medical treatment outdoors or in public places. If we cannot confirm that you are staying at your accommodation, we cannot accept your consultation.

A. We will confirm whether your accommodation address provided in the questionnaire at the time of booking is within the service area.
In Tokyo, the following wards are within our service area:
Chiyoda, Chuo, Minato, Shibuya, Shinjuku, Bunkyo, Taito, Sumida, Koto, Shinagawa, Meguro, Nakano, ToshimaEven outside the above areas, we may be able to provide service if the location is within 40 minutes from Shinagawa, such as parts of Yokohama or Chiba.
If the address is outside our service area, we will notify you via the email address you provided. Please visit a nearby medical institution in that case.
